busy. Since I’ve come back from Oregon for Spring Break I have been reforming my life (which seems to be quite the continuous process for me). I’ve been working a lot, and making baby quilts for my boyfriend’s sister’s pregnant friends (pictures to follow). And, now school has started up again, which is crazy, where does all the time go? So, now I have tons to focus on, which actually makes it very difficult to actually focus on any of them… The biggest change I’ve made since Oregon is my exercise level. I’m not sure it can yet be called a change, cause there is still the chance that I give it up and go back to my old ways of not following through. But, I am now sort of casually training for a marathon. I’ve been contemplating doing this for some time, and then all of a sudden I realized life is now and I will miss it if I keep napping. So, for the past 3 weeks or so I have been running consistently 3-5 times per week. I have never been in shape enough to notice the amazing feeling of breathing while you’re running. It used to always seem so painful, but now it’s indescribable. I have never been a smoker but now there is even less of a chance for me to ever become one. The clean feeling of lungs expanding and breathing deep is my favorite thing I’ve gotten from this exercise kick. It gives me a high that lasts hours. Where do you find your high these days?
